Sarah Barter has ten years’ experience working for public and private organisations in the health and aged care sector. She is skilled in policy, strategy, project management, change management, communications, quality improvement, evaluation, consumer engagement, compliance and risk. She has knowledge of the challenges and opportunities in relation to primary care, chronic care, integrated care, Patient Reported Measures, Aboriginal health, and child and maternal health in NSW.
